OXVA Arbiter RTA charakteryzuje się przepływem powietrza od góry do dołu i ekstremalnie skondensowaną komorą przepływu powietrza dla lepszego smaku i 100% szczelności. OXVA Arbiter przyjmuje kątową konstrukcję otworu na słupek, aby łatwo budować pojedyncze / podwójne cewki i ciąć nogi cewki bez pomiaru. Arbiter RTA posiada rurkę ze szkła bąbelkowego o pojemności 6 ml, zapewniającą dużą pojemność i możliwość napełniania od góry. Arbiter jest kompatybilny z końcówkami 810 i 510.
